Our standard size wallet, also known as a billfold, is 2.5x3.5 inches. We also offer a mini-wallet, formerly known as an exchange, and it is 1.75x2.5 inches.

Please make sure you order the correct size.

In an effort to keep our pricing as low as possible we choose not to use online only specifically to avoid the extremely high cost of both credit card processing fees as well as online-cart hosting fees.

We do however offer online services on and after picture day for those who prefer. Please watch for a link to come home from your school on or after picture day, at your schools discretion.

Can Firefly Images make change?

No, we are unable to make change at the camera. There is no safe way to guarantee the money gets back to you. Since we allow for late money to come in, there is plenty of time to get exact change. Please note any overpayment is typically donated back to the school.

Why use Order Envelopes with cash or check vs. Online only?

We apologize, but we do not offer proofs... it is much too expensive and risky to host student images online. We use the standard method of having you pre-pay for an image and then if you are not happy with the result, sending your student to the retake camera.

How can I see a proof of my child before I order?

In most cases classroom group photos are only available at Elementary Schools. 

Some Elementary Schools photograph their groups in the Fall, others choose to do groups in the Spring. The best way to know if your student(s) had a group image taken is to ask them if they posed with their class and teacher!
